We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager with a blend of marketing and branding skills, responsible for creating and executing AlphaESS’ branding and marketing strategy and actions across Europe as per instructions from the Headquarters.
Marketing
You will build a strong brand marketing team based in Germany covering the whole European market, and work closely with the local sales team to bring more leads and increase brand recommendations and customer satisfaction.
Lead the marketing campaigns and evaluate marketing performance metrics to help the local sales team improve customer relations in activities such as roadshows, training hub workshops, and exhibitions.
Develop strategies and tactics to introduce our company to the world and attract qualified customers.
Responsible for refining marketing techniques for our new products and empowering sales.

Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Energy, or similar fields) or above

Prior working experience in the new energy industry is a plus, including photovoltaic, energy storage, wind power, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced working environment
